Don't miss the fun and excitement of the MO' Cowbell Race on October 2, 2022! Four events to choose from on Sunday morning, the Marathon, the Half-Marathon, 10K, or the 5K. Flat & fast courses, perfect for beginners or those who want to set a new personal best!
The course takes you through roads that look untouched by time, into the beautiful and beastiful rolling hills of Warren county highland farm country. Gravel consistency ranges from fast hard packed crushed limestone, to loose gravel, to big brown Charette Creek river valley rock, to buttery smooth asphalt 3 creek crossings and dirt for the 100k.
Join us Tuesday, July 4 for the 5th annual Stars and Stripes Runs. Start your holiday with some fun exercise! Come RUN and WALK with us! The run will be held at the Chesterfield Valley Athletic Complex. 5K/10K will begin at 8:30am, and Fun Run starts at 10am! Participants are encouraged to come back that evening and enjoy the free 4th of July Fireworks Celebration starting at 6:30 p.m.
Our previous four races have received fantastic feedback from competitors, spectators and locals alike. Our independent research found that 100% of spectators would come back to watch the event again, and a fantastic 97% of athletes would compete again and recommend the event to others. The event is also ranked as one of the UK’s best triathlon events.
Explorer Triathlon Race is a 200m swim, 3 mile off-road bike, and a 1 mile run. Adventurer Triathlon Race is a 400m swim, 6 mile off-road bike, and a 2 mile run. Traveler Land Lovers Race is a 6 mile off-road bike and a 2 mile run.
Mark your calendars and lace up your shoes because Trizou is making its grand return to the historic University of Missouri Campus in Columbia, MO.
Join us in a galaxy . . .not so very far away (Frontier Park, St. Charles) . . . join the rebellion, save the empire, or at least raise funds and awareness for Bridgeway’s Domestic Violence Programs. Please join us for a 5K and compete against your fellow Jedi. All participants will receive a glow-in-the-dark t-shirt and finishers medals for the first 400 5K participants.
Saturday's full and half marathon routes travel along a scenic point-to-point course that begins in the city's urban gem, beautiful Forest Park, and winds through the city's most beautiful urban neighborhoods and streets before finishing in downtown St. Louis near the Gateway Arch! The 10K race is another great way to join in on the big race fun - with a start and finish at the same site as the marathon finish in downtown St. Louis.

The final leg of the Big River Trail Series, and maybe the most challenging and fun. Come conquer the frozen trails with us and make hay towards your spring running goals!
Presented by Terrain Trail Runners, Wildwood Trail Marathons are a great wrap-up to any runner's racing season whether you run road or trail, novice or experienced the course will not disappoint. The event will be held at LaSalle Springs Middle School located in Wildwood, MO. There will be miles and miles of great running through some of the beautiful trails in West County, St. Louis, MO.
Rolling from our favorite watering hole in all of Chester, Illinois, the St. Nicholas Landmark; the Gravel Standard takes you through the bluffs and hollers of southern Illinois. With plenty of elevation and all kinds of chunky surfaces, this race is sure to challenge all. There will be two distances this year at the Gravel Standard. The “Single X” will be ~40 miles and include 3,500 feet, the “Double X” with almost 6000' of elevation and 71 miles. New for this year, every pre-registered participant receives a custom Cannonball t-shirt along with their race and lunch.
Kick off the last day of the Ballwin Days Festival with a competitive 5k and/or 1-mile run. Adults and children alike are welcome to run in either or both races.
This year's course will be an out and back on the Katy Trail to minimize the impact on St. Charles City streets. Racers will head north from the start/finish on the Katy Trail. Course Marshalls will be at all road crossings, at the water stop and at the turn around. A lead and trailing bike will be used to make sure that all participants have safely finished the race.
222 Miles. But you don't have to do it all by yourself. Racers can choose the endurance experience by taking on the entire 222-mile route as a solo racer. Relay racers can choose to a two-person option with each riding two legs of the route, or the four-person option with each rider racing one of the approximately 55-mile legs. Racers on course are self-supported only. Racer support must remain on the race grounds and may offer aid and resources only while racers are on the property.
The tenth annual Tour of Hermann Gravel Challenge is a gravel ride where participants can tackle as many as five challenging scenic loops on the roads surrounding picturesque Hermann, Mo. This event is for any experience level, including beginners. Riders can take on as little as one loop or as many as all five.
