Set in the idyllic community of New Town St Charles, the Big Shark New Town Triathlon features a course that’s perfect for the first-timer, age grouper, or veteran racer. Great amenities, easy transitions, fast splits, and outstanding event production quality all make the Big Shark New Town Triathlon one of the most popular events of the season. You will swim a distance of .62 miles, bike 20 miles, and run 4 miles on the Long Course event or a .3 mile swim, 15-mile bike, and 2-mile run on the Sprint Course.
