If you knew John you knew how much this man loved running! After dedicating most of his early years to running for fun and on teams, John then used his passion of running through coaching track and cross country! This year we are celebrating "Coach Mohr" by running for him! All proceeds from the John Mohr Memorial 5k and Turtle Trot will be going to the John Mohr Memorial Fund at St. John Vianney High School!
Join us for the 2nd annual John Mohr Memorial 5k, remembering John who passed away in June 2021 after a very short battle with cancer. As a beloved member of the Vianney High School family where he served as a teacher, coach, friend, and mentor we will remember John with a run and Turtle Trot (walk).
The course will start on the Vianney Track and run throughout the Vianney campus. We have added trophies for the 5k 13 and under age group and even have a fun run for ages 5 and under. This is a great day for the whole family. We will have brats, beer, and water for everyone, as well as entertainment (John loved Elvis!). Money raised will go towards the John Mohr Memorial Fund at Vianney High School.
