Costume 5K Fun Run/Walk Is for all ages! Join M-Power Wellness Center and The Uncommon Loon for our first annual Costume 5K Fun Run/Walk. The proceeds go towards M-Power Wellness Center which serves the community of Parmly on the Lake but also the cities of Chisago, Lindstrom and surrounding areas. This will include new equipment for the gym and our aquatics program. Here at M-Power, we want to continue to expand and create a safe place for people ages 35+ to come and enjoy watching their lives transform physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. We thrive as a community by bringing people together to learn how to make lasting changes towards their health. We are encouraging all participants to wear costumes this year!! The Uncommon Loon will be handing out beer tokens for each participant over the age of 21. They will also be giving away door prizes for the best costumes. Have KIDS?? No worries!! We will have activities for children along the way! Start and Finish will be located at M-Power Wellness Center. Join us after the race at Uncommon Loon Brewing for the judging of the costume contest and to use your drink token.
